We raise money by selling raffle tickets, event tickets and some sponsored fundraising. We also run our “200 club” (see below). We aim to hold at least 3 events a year. Activities include a Christmas Market, Race Night, Bingo/Quiz Night or a Pamper Evening, to name just a few. We also try to organise one sponsored event for the children to take part in. Your support and attendance is needed for these events to happen, without enough support they will be cancelled. 200 Club |
What is 200 Club? You pay £1 per month (paid either by £4.00 a term or £12.00 a year) First prize is £100.00 The balance of the money not given as prize money goes to the CSPA school fund. We are particularly keen to keep parents informed about our activities and with each new intake we expand our email contact list. Each time we hold an event we send out an email newsletter to all parents on the list to ensure maximum publicity. We are a friendly and very active organisation that meets once a month, and all newcomers are welcome. We also welcome any new ideas that you may have, are there any events you would like to see us organise? You can put suggestions in an envelope and mark it for attention of the CSPA, to be handed in to the Main Reception, or you can contact us by email, all emails are answered by the PA. Each year the CSPA contributes to the school’s Senior Citizens Party in December and the Activities Week in July, we also contribute to the school’s two minibuses, which are in regular use. |
